How do I know how much shipping will be?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery location and number of parcels in your order.You're able to calculate the cost of shipping by adding all of the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Shipping will then be calculated depending on your location and order contents however, we will always offer you the best shipping rates (usually much cheaper than we actually pay for the shipping service, materials to pack and protect your order and the cost of someone to pack and send your order)

How long will my order take to reach me?

We try our best to get all orders out of the the same day, if ordered before mid day.
If you need your items fast then please get in touch via phone or email and we will see if we can get your item out to you later than that cut off time - we are restricted currently due to collection times imposed by our couriers.
Deliver timescales:
DPD Courier:   Usually next working day (2-3 days when offshore)
DPD Saturday: As long as your order is before mid-day Friday you can choose Saturday delivery and this should come next day.
Royal Mail: 2 - 4 Working Days

Do you offer International Shipping?

We do but this is not yet live online, if you're out of the UK then please contact us and we will be able to give you a custom quote.

Can I collect my order?

If you are local to Warminster then you may be able to collect your order - note that we do not allow customer into our warehouse so this will be a collect only - please email to find out more.

We offer the best prices on our website, you will notice some items are able to be bought with quantity discounts, due to the admin and time needed to manage to trade list we've made the decision to offer everybody a fair pricing structure, the more quantity you purchase of an item, the more discount we're able to offer.

Do you have a shop where I can browse products?

At the moment we don't, however, we do have plans for the near future!
We do offer all our products on this website and offer great descriptions, some with Video Descriptions.

Where is my order?

You can view your order status (including tracking numbers) any time by logging into your "My Account" page.
Once logged-in just select the order number you'd like to find the information about and all the available information will be displayed there.
You'll then be able to use the tracking number (if available) to use through their respective tracking portals:

Can I change my order?

At present you're unable to make any changes yourself on the website...
However - we can make changes in our system if you're paying by Credit or Debit card, as long as your item stated that it's "processing" then we should be able to do something for you.
Rather than raising a ticket, if you could call us on: 03301331501 and we'll do all we can to facilitate your request.
Note: If you've already paid for your order by Credit or Debit card (or Paypal) then any refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear back into your account - unfortunately we have no control of this.

I haven't received an email confirming my order

eMail can be a funny thing...
We automatically send out an email to confirm we've received your order, this is sent to you within 5 minutes of you placing an order.
If you haven't received your email within 30 minutes then please check your SPAM or JUNK folders for emails sent from the following email address: hello@yourcrafts.co.uk

You may also want to add this emails to your 'Whitelist' or 'Safe' eMail lists.
If you still fail to receive an eMail then make sure that you haven't made a mistake when supplying your email to us, this is a common issue and one that you may be able to resolve yourself, do the following:
Try and log in to your Online Account, if you're able to do this then look on the left at the section called 'Account Information' in here you'll be able to change your email address if it's incorrect.
If you're unable to access your account then please call us on 03301331501 and we'll sort it for you.

Can I use photo's, Images or Text from your website?

In short, No.
