All our fragrances are offered in a sample 10ml size, this is enough for you to text in a small sample product to ascertain the true scent and give you an idea of strength in your final product.
Whilst we don't advise on restock dates we can notify you once the product is back in stock, if you find a product that's out of stock, there will be a button that say's 'Notify when in stock' if you click this, fill in your details and we'll automatically contact you as soon as the product is available.

Ordering Questions
You have 30 days (from the day you receive your order) to return any products you don't want to keep. Follow the steps below to return your item to us.
We do, yes. Free delivery is offered on orders over £120, this will usually be sent via a courier on a standard service.
We offer all customers the same discounts, there are no 'Trade' accounts or inflated prices to add discounts to, if the product you are looking for has a discount there will be a quantity pricing chart underneath it, showing you what discount you can get for the quantity you want.

We do not accept over the phone orders, we do this to keep our staff levels lower than they would need to be for a sales team to work, this helps us keep our costs low.
We strive to get your order processed and shipped out in the shortest possible time, therefore, by the time you are able to contact us we may already have started the packing process, at which point, we will not be able to make any changes.
Therefore we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed.
We will send you an order confirmation email once you've placed your order, if you wish to check the status of your order, download an invoice, view past orders then you can login to your account with us.
We accept all major credit, debit and Amex cards, we also accept Paypal and pay later option Klarna.

Our kits (Candle, Diffuser, Melt & Soap) are all aimed at complete beginners but are very suitable for experienced crafters - the kits we sell contain just what you need to make the items and won't leave you with either masses of surplus products or not enough, we have fully tested our kits to simply, work.

Wherever possible we aim to supply products that are Cruelty free & Vegan and where this has been done we will state it in the product's description.
As a standard, all our Fragrance Oils are Vegan & Cruelty free
Our fragrance oils (unless stated) are multi use fragrance oils that can be used in Candles, Diffusers, Soap and other cosmetic products.
For use in any products you should check the 'documents' section on the fragrance page, this will show you the available documents - if you check the IFRA document, this will show you the maximum percentages for different applications.
SDS & CLP
CLP stands for Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation
SDS stands for Safety Data Sheet
The information contained on the SDS will decide what is shown on the CLP Label, we supply SDS, IFRA & Allergens documents for all our fragrance oils, we also supply limited CLP information for you to be able to copy to your own label to print out for your wax melts or candles.
